Hi Jordan, Thank you so much for your review. The IT Technician traineeship does indeed form the first half of the Cyber Security and Network Engineer traineeship. Once our Cyber and Network Engineer students are placed in their role as an IT Technician, they are then provided their Step 4 courses and work their way towards their next goals as Cyber Security Analysts or Network Engineers, while working in a practical environment as an IT technician. We are thrilled to have placed you and look forward to supporting you through the Network Engineer portion of your traineeship. You Step 4 courses will be released to you in early January.
