The courses we provide are absolutely sufficient for students to pass their CompTIA A+ exams, as all our students are studying the same courses, and using the same revision material. None of our student's CVs are longer than 1 and a half to 2 pages long, so yours was the standard length, which was long enough to contain all the vital information. We hope that you are excited to start your new career next week. We will release your Step 4 courses to you in mid-October as per your request. As always, the proof is in the pudding and this goes to show that if you put in the effort, there are huge rewards to reap. To address a few points you made: * there have been some errors in the test questions in the past, but we believe these have all been corrected, thanks to the feedback of some students. * we will have a chat to your tutor regarding not giving you more detail to your question, but we have found a few other emails where you and he had had good communications and he had been more than helpful. They are always on standby should you need them, and you did well * we provide mock exams before you take the A+ certification exams to help refresh the knowledge. These mock exams are sufficient to get you amply prepare you for the exams, but we don't discourage doing additional preparation. All in all, you did extremely well and finished in good time, and have been placed in a great role. We look forward to supporting you through the final step in your journey with us soon. Bradley
