I have not received an e voucher I can open nor has my nephew received his voucher in the post. This was for his 21st birthday I am extremely disappointed.

I have checked your order and can see that a posted voucher was not selected - only the evoucher option - which was sent to the 'icloud' email address entered at time of purchase.

I booked the experience for my daughter for her 9th birthday. I followed the instructions on how to book a date for the experience but the 3 companies I contacted to book a date never got back to me....
