Hard to contact.
As I just previously said we have had no service. We found it fairly easy to purchase the insurance, they answered the call quickly and were helpfull, since then ,nothing.

I have been trying to download my insurance documents and have had no luck with there website. Trying to phone them on many occations has been a complete waste of time.

Very poor. Not helpful at all. Stonewalling I believe to get me to give up & not go ahead with the claim.
