Insight Vacations レビュー

Thank you for taking the time to share such a considered review. We are pleased to learn that you regarded the trip as outstanding value, and that the food, the Local Guides and the service you received met such a high standard. We appreciate your comment regarding the Vatican visit. It is understandable that you would have preferred to see St Peter's Basilica, and we shall share your observation with our Quality Control Department as they review how visits to the Vatican are structured. It was especially encouraging to read that you and your wife valued the attentiveness of your Travel Director and Coach Driver, and that the small courtesies they extended remained with you at the end of the journey. Your intention to travel with us again is greatly appreciated, and we look forward to welcoming you and your wife on a future journey.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to learn that you regarded the itinerary as excellent, and that you found both your Travel Director and Coach Driver to be of such a high standard. We shall be sure to pass on your kind remarks to them and to the wider team. We were sorry to read that the pace of the programme felt rushed, and we appreciate the care with which you identified where additional time would have been most welcome. Your suggestions of a couple of days in Florence and on Lake Maggiore, together with a longer stay in Venice, are valuable ones, and we shall share them with our Operations Department as we review the length and rhythm of our programmes. Your comment regarding some of the meals is also noted, and we shall raise it with our Quality Control Department as part of our ongoing review of dining arrangements. Thank you once again for your thoughtful comments. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a warm and descriptive review. We are very pleased to learn that each day brought a fresh sense of anticipation, and that the beauty of the parks, together with the side trips and stops along the way, made the journey so enjoyable. It was especially encouraging to read that you found your Travel Director outstanding, and that the coach was comfortable and your Coach Driver both skilled and helpful. We are also grateful that this was your second journey with us, and that you intend to travel with us again. Your continued confidence means a great deal, and we look forward to welcoming you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a candid and detailed account of your experience. We were sorry to learn that so many aspects of the journey fell short of the standard you rightly expected, and we appreciate your acknowledging the remarkable landscapes of Morocco despite your disappointment. The concerns you describe are ones we take seriously. We recognise that the quality of the hotels and of the meals arranged on your behalf did not meet your expectations, and that the conduct of the entertainment, with its pressure for gratuities, is not consistent with the experience we intend our guests to have. We were also sorry to read that rooms were not ready on arrival, that some keys were issued for rooms yet to be cleaned, and that journey times of up to twelve hours led some guests to make their own transport arrangements. Your comments regarding the daily rotation of seating, and the confusion it caused at the start of each day, are noted, and we shall raise all of these matters with our Operations and Quality Control Department. We were pleased to learn that our Coach Driver proved both professional and dependable. Thank you once again for your honest feedback.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review. We are very pleased to learn that the itinerary, with its range of national parks and its Optional Excursions, proved so memorable. The horse-drawn wagon journey to a ranch-style dinner at the rim of Bryce Canyon at sunset is a highlight we are delighted to know you appreciated. It was also encouraging to read that you found the coach immaculate and comfortable, the hotels well situated and the meals of a high standard. Your recognition of our Travel Director's attentiveness to every traveller, and of the historical and contextual background that made each destination more meaningful, is greatly valued. Thank you once again for your generous feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We were sorry to learn that your accommodation in Rome did not meet the standard you rightly expected. A room that is cramped, lacks adequate storage and carries an unpleasant odour would understandably have detracted from your comfort, and we shall raise these concerns with our Operations Department and the property concerned so that they may be addressed. We were pleased, however, to read that the journey as a whole proved enjoyable and memorable, and that you found it well organised and informative. We shall be sure to pass on your kind remarks about our Travel Director to them, as recognition of this kind is greatly valued. Thank you once again for your candid and thoughtful comments. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to learn that you and your fellow travellers valued the opportunity to stay for several days in each city, rather than packing and moving on each morning. Your observation is a helpful one. A more settled rhythm allows guests to explore each destination at a more relaxed pace, and we shall share your comments with our Operations Department as we continue to consider how best to balance variety with comfort. Thank you once again for your thoughtful comments. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.
