Insight Vacations レビュー

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the tour well organised and informative, and that you enjoyed the places visited across Northern Italy. We also appreciate your kind comments regarding the Travel Director and Coach Driver. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for your kind and considered review. We are delighted that your Travel Director kept the group so well informed in advance, and that you came away having learned so much about the culture of the countries you visited. Clear communication of this kind contributes greatly to the ease and enjoyment of a journey, and we appreciate your recognition of it. Your practical advice regarding cyclists is also well taken. Bicycles are a prominent feature of daily life in many European cities, and a word of caution about listening for the sound of a bell will be of genuine use to prospective travellers. It would be a privilege to welcome you on another tour in the future.

Thank you for such a warm and enthusiastic review. We are delighted that travelling by ship with us left you with such a favourable impression, and that the cabins, meals and service were consistently of a high standard. It is particularly encouraging to learn that the itinerary struck a balance between being informative and relaxed, as this is precisely what we aim to provide. Your kind recommendation is sincerely appreciated, and it would be a privilege to welcome you aboard again in the future.

Thank you for sharing your impressions of the tour. We are pleased to learn that you found the journey through Spain and Portugal such an interesting and intensive introduction, and that the organisation of the Optional Excursions, the comfort of the coach and the departure times, which avoided very early starts, suited you well. It is also encouraging to hear that your Travel Director, Coach Driver and several of the guided visits made such a favourable impression. We also note your observations that a couple of the days involved long periods of coach travel, and that some of the guided tours ran longer than necessary. We recognise that extended touring can diminish the enjoyment of an otherwise engaging visit, and we will share these comments with our Operations Department so that the length of both can be reviewed. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for this excellent rating. We are pleased that it reflects a positive experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback.

We are pleased to learn that the itinerary struck such a fine balance between historic monuments, museums, landscapes and small-group cultural encounters with local people, and that the tour proved so informative and rich in history and culture. It is particularly encouraging to hear that the organisation and professionalism of your Travel Director, together with your Coach Driver's skill on both medieval streets and major roads, made each day so interesting and memorable. Your recommendation is greatly appreciated, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the tour. We are pleased to learn that your Travel Director was so knowledgeable and attentive to the whole group, and that the itinerary met your wish to see New England. We will ensure that your kind words are passed on to him. We were sorry to read that the timing of the departure meant the autumn colours had not yet reached their peak. We recognise that the foliage is a central part of the appeal of this journey, and that its progress depends on weather conditions which cannot be predicted with certainty. We will share your observation with our Operations Department so that the timing of departures can be reviewed. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing your impressions of your journey through Italy. We are pleased to learn that the tour fulfilled your hopes of a dream holiday, and that the itinerary offered such an apt introduction to the country, particularly as a first visit. Your kind words about the standard of care you received throughout are greatly appreciated. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing such a warm and detailed account of your journey through Italy. We are pleased to learn that the itinerary allowed you to see so many historic locations in an efficient way, while leaving enough time at each stop to learn something of its history, sample the local cuisine and explore the street-side shops. Your comment that you would gladly make the journey again is greatly appreciated. It is particularly encouraging to hear that your Travel Director's warmth, knowledge and good humour made such an impression on the whole group, and that your Coach Driver's skill on the narrow streets, together with his daily care in keeping everyone supplied with water, was so memorable. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.
