Having the optional dunes tour occupy so much of the day, and then having the visit shortened for an unplanned beach stop, understandably left you with too little time to explore the town or to enjoy a relaxed lunch. We can see why you felt that you had lost out, particularly as you had paid for the Optional Excursions. We will share your observations with our Operations Department so that the scheduling of Optional Excursions and the handling of changes on the day may be reviewed carefully.
