I would like to make it very clear that we never received a feedback form on our return from holiday as Inntravel claim above. I pointed this out to Inntravel yesterday and asked them to amend their response above. However, they have persisted in saying one was sent, suggesting I check my spam folder. I have now informed them I carefully checked my spam folder - and do so very regularly - as I was looking out for the questionnaire given the difficulties we had encountered. It is a pity that a company we have travelled with a great many times no longer knows how to handle customer complaints without further insulting them.
