Hi Rhonda, Unfortunately, during the broadband migration a unforeseen fault occurred at the local exchange resulting in loss of service. As we explained, this happens very rarely. To quickly rectify this, we sent an Engineer to site the next working day at no cost to configure the data network over another broadband connection. We appreciate this caused great frustration and can only apologise about this.
