Excellent service, thank you so much

Laptop sorted but not phone yet, but very good

Very good

First lady did not call me back, but the last guy I spoke to was amazing and resolved the situation straight away and even gave advice for any future problems that may arise.

Thank you for prompt support

Very helpful and good service

However the ticket was raised yesterday morning and assigned a P4, where as this was pretty urgent.

All done with no problems

Obscure problem but helped massively. Thanks Holly!

Very helpful and supported
