Paul was very professional, friendly and extremely patient considering my laptop was painfully slow

Only gave 4/5 as first attempt to solve this last week didn't work out, but service today provided by Andrew Jenkinson was first class - thank you!

This same issue has know been ongoing since last Thursday - 3 or 4 times I have spent sometime on the phone and been advised that it is now resolved. Exactly the same thing has now happened again

However it took more than 2 days to resolve which I found disappointing.

Clearly both are very knowledgeable and can resolve a multitude of errors thrown at them!!

She was very friendly and it was a pleasure to speak with her.

Need to keep a log re the problem for full resolution
