I have only rated the speed at 3 because it has taken several days for someone to call me back. The engineer was in fact, very quick and I would give him a 5.

I rang twice. the first person wasn't very helpful but the second time I spoke to Andy who was extremely helpful and professional, He resolved the issue in 3 min.
