Hi Chris, thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback! We have considered an extra email to let those that didn't win know but we decided it was completely unnecessary and a waste of an email. If you win we will call you live on the draw, if you don't get a call then unfortunately you didn't win. Winners are not only announced live on the draw which is then published to our facebook page (which you were linked to in your order email) but they are then published to the website and both Facebook and Instagram immediately after the draw. It would have taken you less time to check who won that it would have for you to write this review! 🤘

All the winners say that too! Nearly every single one say they never win anything. So you never know, your luck may change! We will try to speed up the draws, I just end up waffling about bikes! 🤘
