Hi Scott, it’s a shame you felt the need to leave a 1 star review. I see you’ve only ever bought 1 ticket on the 10th. So you would have only received 2 emails and 2 texts! One of those texts was the live draw notification and one of the emails was the draw results! You can unsubscribe really easily too. If you’d have given it longer to judge you’d have realised we actually keep emails and sms to a minimum! 🤘

Hi Darron, we're a little bit confused over this and wonder if there is an issue with the details we have for you? Because the Draw information is on the competition page when you enter, it's in the order confirmation email after you buy tickets, it's noted in the email we send out on the morning of the draw then finally all entrants get an SMS when we go live with a link to the draw!

We also notice that you've only bought tickets for the Bobhead bike, that draw is 2 weeks away! So you won't get a notification via sms until we go live on the 25th for the draw! It sounds like you've somehow missed the draw date on the competition page and the email order confirmation?
