As discussed on email, I am sorry that your order did not arrive within the expected time frame. Once we were made aware of this we followed this up with you to ensure your order got delivered. Unfortunately this order was part delivered by DHL which caused further frustration for both us and yourself - as this is not the standard we expect you to recieve.
