Our apologies that the phlebotomist failed to collect the sample for your full blood count correctly - we have fed this back to Laverty who will take action accordingly. We have of course refunded you for the test and apologise for the inconvenience.

Easy to use website and nice layout of results. Initial correspondence was good but last two enquiries went unanswered. Also 48 hour timeframe wasn't accurate.
