Was a good experience. Would have liked to know more about what test results would have been provided up-front rather than wait until the end of the process.

1. phone numbers are not found easily 2. the western diagnostics staff didn't know who i-screen were 3. the ID numbers on the i-screen paperwork didn't match anything in the western diagnostics...
