I dont like the fact that my results were interpreted with the assumption I wasnt on any medication without checking with me. I'm sure this would've altered the results.

Thanks for your feedback! We do ask our clients to ensure that the information in their health profile on registering for our service is up to date so that the doctor has this feedback when interpreting their results.

Straightforward and Fast

Thanks for the feedback! Hormones do indeed fluctuate over the course a monthly cycle - our female hormone tests should be performed on either day 21 of your cycle (such as our Female Hormone Check) or day 3 of your cycle (such as our Fertility Check) depending on what insights you are aiming for.
