The prices in the store are low. The service level also ..

On 23.06. I ordered available goods. I received the goods on 30.06.after several requests. On one bill I'm waiting until today (13.07.).

Slow and unreliable.

Unfortunately, the shipment - despite packet shipping - arrived late. I do not get the VAT back despite repeated requests. No reaction to my messages. This is unprofessional.

Hello, there a section in the Checkout area of the website to enter a valid VAT number for export. This removes the VAT from your order.
