Incredibly fast shipping - shipped the same day I ordered it. Product was flawless on arrival as opposed to Amazon packages which are often in poor shape or broken.
Next day delivery of order. Completely hassle-free. Secure packaging and easy to follow instructions on how to operate the dehumidifier.
