After looking online at PHI, Your rep called me numerous times before I answered my phone. I am deaf so phone conversations make me anxious. I specifically told the sales representative that I was not interested in buying a policy or signing up to anything as I could not afford it at this time. She acknowledged this yet continued to request my information and pressure me into buying a policy I couldn’t afford. Thankfully AHM were extremely understanding and sensitive to my situation and cancelled my policy on their end. This is NO reflection on AHM, they’re are incredible and very accomodating. But Compare really need to revisit their staff training… it’s almost predatory! Yes you can say it’s my own fault for signing up, I’ll wear that, but when someone outright tells you that they can’t afford something, why continue to push them into signing up just so YOU can get a sale! Do your staff not listen to their customers? Or do they just have zero regard for their situation!
