Never happened!

Great stick hoover - light, easy to use and effective. Like the light which shows up the dirt.

It works as expected. It was a free replacement for a Hoover dryer that caught fire but was moved outside in time to burn itself out there.

I love this machine but the door constantly cracks t the hinges and needs replacing constantly . So sad as Hoover is a great brand

Love all the different settings, love the quickness and quietness
