Poor

Fine but too much paperwork - I was buying a car, not taking out life insurance. I was at a point of backing away from the purchase, but as I liked the vehicle did not.

Excellent in every way - friendly, helpful, good communications and solutions. Showroom is always immaculate. Sometimes a bit difficult to park but never a problem.

Car ran well after the service.

Will never go there again my last car was a Lexus so will not go back

Informative throughout the process. No shock price at the end.
