Highly recommended,used 3 times and excellent service every time. Amazing value,amazing hotels ..my parents have now started using them and have had a great experience also.

I understand Holiday Gems have a lot on with cancelled flights but there is no excuse to ignore and send various emails all of which have different information and promises. I am really concerned about this it would save a lot of hassle if i got a phone call for 5 mintues to discuss my change of dates request for which I have been different information 4 times and being advised it could be upto a month to sort this - by then costs may have increased - NOT GOOD

Really quick response to our booking , very professional and helpful.
Some of the paperwork didn’t come through clearly at the weekend. Was resolved on the Monday fairly quickly. Would use them again...
