Good service
Easy to use web site and ordering process. All holiday details and tickets vouchers were received the next day with no changes. Overall good experience and was the best price we could find.

It was booked online, then an agent called to say the price of the hotel was extra and in that she changed my flights without telling me! Her name was Nicola, I then spoke to Jason and then Nicola again. You record your calls for training, maybe listen back to them!
