Abysmal ..... they sent the wrong order to the wrong person. I received an item I did not order . I would have given ZERO stars if I could. I had ordered something from a Gemporia sister company...

Could only give 4 stars as when received the box stated that there was 5 dies included, which were missing, contacted straight away upon opening they were missing, still waiting to see if dies...
