Royal Mail, not Hermes

Don’t use Hermes, use the post instead. They did not find the address the first time and it is impossible to talk to their customer service. I would happily pay postage. I don’t like Hermes...

Hi there, Thank you so much for your feedback regarding your orders delivery, I can confirm unfortunately at this time we do use a mix of multiple courier and postal carriers dependant on the location for delivery and we are investigating this system further to see how we can best provide as much delivery specialisation as possible. Buyer beware from Ireland

Make your customers aware if they are purchasing from Ireland that they have to pay custom and how much that will be at your checkout. Otherwise your clothes are elegant & excellent quality

Poor service & quality

Very poor confirmation of order but no information on delivery. I love Hobbs clothes but was very disappointed with the quality & sent all items back!

The shoes took quite a while to arrive. They were packed well. Sending them back was easy
