Hi,
I can only apologise for the delay in you obtaining a new car from ourselves. We are working on implementing new systems over the last four months and we have created a new team dedicated to renewals which will eradicate any future slow downs in acquiring upgrade vehicles.

Kyle provided excellent customer service from the beginning to the end. Updates to queries were provided in detail, I would recommend to anyone leasing a car.
