Great to have this service. Principal point for improvement is that while base pricing is clear for 2 levels of coverage, the add-ons offered are not clearly priced and premiums can quickly escalate...

Not what it was. I bought travel Insurance last year and was pleased with the cover offered and the service received. This year I telephoned and had to wait 20 minutes until the phone was answered...
