Very courteous and helpful. I was happy that they offered to let me use their scale to weigh my luggage.

Perfect for my needs
The member of staff who showed me to my storage unit was very friendly and helpful and was always available to answer my queries. Facilities were also very good with an abundant supply of trollies.
