They didn’t often respond to emails but once I had a unit booked the collection and storage process was excellent. The driver was polite, helpful and professional.

Thanks for your comments, and for your time on the phone earlier. It seems that we have on this occasion fallen short of our usual high standards and unfortunately neglected to mention, when you called us, the need to insure your goods whilst they are in storage. Please accept our apologies; we are organising further training to address the issue.
Regarding your comments about providing information about insurance on our website, whilst I understand your point, we display information about insurance on both our ‘Insurance’ page and in our FAQs. Had you made a booking over the phone, you would also certainly have been informed about it! We do not in any way attempt to hide from customers that insurance is required and I am sorry this was the impression you received.
