The webpage said free pick up..but when we call they say it was an error..for me it was misleading. Peter offer to pick up another day but i needed yesterday.

Thank you for your comments. Please accept our apologies, an error with our website unfortunately meant that you were able to request a collection when you booked a locker online. However, we only offer our free collection service for rooms, not for lockers. We’ve amended the relevant page to make it clear that it’s only for lockers, and we’re working on a technical fix to avoid offering the collection for lockers. I am very glad to hear your lovely comments about Peter, and that he gave you ‘5 star’ customer service!
