Excellent service, would recommend
Excellent customer service answering all my questions on my chosen property .
We did visit the property from the outside as few photos online due to the fact renovations were not completed ....

Booking was quick and easy. There was a slight error with the booking which once pointed out was swiftly sorted and over payment was refunded.

I thought charging £50 to bring a booking forward by two weeks to the same accommodation excessive. How can they justify that amount of money for what amounts to at most 10minutes work?
