When I reached the payment page I could not find a way to amend arrival/departure times without starting all over again.

Things could be clearer
I noticed that towards the end of the booking process, and on my invoice, it said 'Business Parking'. I wondered if I had pressed the wrong button during the booking process. It will be only my wife...

Thank you for your time on the telephone last night. As we discussed you had booked a Park and Ride with Purple Parking rather than the Meet and Greet service which you have booked with us on the last two trips to Prague and Dubai.
I have amended your booking so you now have a Meet and Greet at Heathrow Airport Terminal 4. We have of course adjusted the price as discussed. Have a great holiday.

The Head of Customer service phoned me at around 9pm last night. He has offered me a meet and greet service which I was looking for; and also at a lower price! So, a happy ending! I have amended my score.
