Not fully aware of our circumstances although we have been clients for three years. Did not always respond in a timely manner. Forgot to renew our dental plan.

Took five phone calls for me to finally receive a call back as I did not wish to proceed. After finally confirming this over the phone, the policy was still not cancelled without my contacting again!
