We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your delivery experience. The delivery requirements in this case were based on the courier’s standard access conditions for larger consignments. Dispatch and delivery information was sent in advance, including the scheduled delivery date, and we also attempted to make contact regarding the delivery arrangements. Unfortunately, the delivery location was found to have restricted access for a rigid delivery vehicle, including narrow roads and unsuitable ground conditions for unloading, which was not information provided to us prior to dispatch. Had we been made aware of these access limitations beforehand, alternative arrangements could potentially have been discussed before delivery was attempted. We appreciate the frustration caused by failed deliveries and additional courier charges, however these are external transport costs applied by the carrier rather than charges introduced by ourselves at the last minute. We are always looking at ways to make delivery communications as clear as possible and appreciate the feedback provided.
