I am sorry to hear of your unhappiness, I have investigated your case and I understand the manufacturer agreed to pay your cleaning costs on production of your invoice (fairly standard manufacturers policy). As I understand it from the manufacturer they have not to date received your copy invoice for payment. Please forward this asap and you will be refunded immediately which im sure will resolve the situation for all parties. Many Thanks Customer Service
