Thank you for your great feedback. As we often use two different carrier services they operate slightly differently. Whilst one always offers a 1 -2 hour slot for customers via text message on the day, the other does not. It is however always possible to phone in to our office to get an update - as we are able to call both carriers to find out approximate delivery times. We will certainly make this a little clearer on our website as we understand the effort often needed to ensure that someone is in to receive an a delivery.
