Many thanks for your valuable feedback. Obviously we have a misunderstanding here - generally the most efficient way of resolving any issues with a faulty product is for the original equipment manufacturer to resolve this for you, quite often they will have a resolution that does not require the heater to be uninstalled and reinstalled etc therefore significantly reducing the stress involved when dealing with any type of faulty product. You will generally find this is standard procedure for all on line distributors.

For future reference Dimplex are an extremely capable company who very rarely have faulty products and on the rare occasion they will deal with any issue very effectively. If for what ever reason Dimplex did not offer an acceptable solution obviously we then take control and sort any and all issues.  I certainly hope this helps!
