Terrible service! The tickets we were given weee NOT the tickets we paid for. When you try to call their customer service number, you wait on line forever on hold and eventually a machine picks up....

I got a text message alerting the Head Out worker was on their way with the tickets, the text included a map to track our meeting place, then the worker was professional and courteous!
