I apologize that there was no measurements on the website for the Innocence Cuff Bangle- we will work on fixing this issue.
Our returns instructions can be found on the delivery note and on the website under the 'Delivery and Returns'. I sent an e-mail as I couldn’t find the 33mm coin holder on the website. They personally responded straight away with a link to the one I wanted. So was able to place my order quickly.

I completely understand your hesitation about wearing the locket again, especially considering how special and irreplaceable your dog’s fur is.While we would love to be able to guarantee that this would never happen again, I wouldn’t want to promise something that is beyond our full control. Please be assured that if the locket were to become faulty again, we would of course be more than happy to replace it for you.
However, we also understand that your dog’s fur is irreplaceable, which makes your concern completely valid. Ultimately, the decision about whether to place the fur back into the locket is entirely yours, and we fully respect whichever choice you feel most comfortable with.

After reviewing our communication, it seems there was some confusion on our side. Initially, we believed the issue related to a ring sizing misunderstanding rather than the rings being sent in the wrong size. I am very sorry for this mistake and for the confusion it caused. Thank you for pointing out that the error had actually occurred while picking and packing your order at our end, and I am very sorry that it did happen. I understand that we offered to send replacement rings to you urgently and you have chosen to, understandably, return the whole order for a full refund.
