Very easy website to navigate, quality of products is great. Next day postage very expensive, that’s the only reason for 4 stars not 5.

Lovely quality necklace and earrings which will be given as a gift. Thoughtful packaging too. I have bought from Hot Diamonds in the past and will continue to do so.
Good service quick delivery but was a bit disappointed the earrings didn’t come in the same style of gift boxes as I got the first time I ordered earrings as these ones were for a birthday present

However, we want to get this sorted for you!
I have asked our customer services team to contact you to arrange for us to send you 2 of the same boxes you received with your last order - the one's you like the best. We should be able to get these out to you today on a 24 hour delivery service, so hopefully in time for you to change the boxes over to make your gifts just as you want them. There is no need to return the other boxes to us.
