Great service
Phoned in and gave the details of holiday I was looking at and asked them to give me a price for said holiday and they phoned back with quote which we accepted they are always friendly and helpful.

Amazing service
As always, amazing service from Hays Travel. Tried to book a holiday to Austria online and failed but Katie in Hays Travel soon sorted it out.

Lovely staff, very informative, super friendly
Had great customer service, staff soo nice, know there stuff, make sure they get you a good deal, nothing is too much
