Thank you for the honest feedback. We're sorry to hear the product fell so far short of our usual standard. The smell in particular isn't something we'd expect, and this item came from an alternative supplier, so we're looking into it as a priority to understand what happened. We're sorry too about the shrinkage and the overall feel, which simply isn't good enough. We'd like to put this right.
