Thank you for your feedback and apologies regarding the slightly damaged box, our packers try to pack as compactly as possible which generally eliminates any damages however the nature of some of our products mean that there is always a slight risk of damage in transit.
I believe for our usage we should not have to pay for delivery.

Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately the distribution costs are a large part of the overall cost to which we can cover however only on orders of £150 and over.
