Superb, there used to be a few issues with delivery to the Isle of Man but my recent order went through with no problem, my Scoby has been dispatched already and currently waiting arrival.

I am so sorry that you were unhappy with your experience.
I can confirm that we recieved your order on 3rd of November.
On the 11th November we sent out a shipping notification informing you that your full order had been dispatched (it was not a part shipment and does not state it was it specifically states that the milk kefir is in the order). In this email we also stated that if anything is missing from your order we need to be informed within 7 days of delivery so that we can resolve the issue (standard practice, some companies only allow a few days).
Two weeks later you emailed us stating that the grains were missing. We did respond by saying that you were out of time to make the claim. We also fully investigated your claim and could find no evidence backing up your assertion that the grains were missing. We informed you of the conclusion of our investigation and informed you of that fact that the grains had been placed in a brown paper bag inside the jar along with the cloth and band. We record the packing process.
We did close for several weeks in the summer as i unfortunatley was very unwell and was recieving treatement. If google has chached the page with the warning on it, it will show the next time you visit until you refresh the page. This is a common google issue rather than any issue on our website.
There is no page slandering Royal Mail. We have a shipping information page that reminds customers of the terms and conditions of using Royal mail. We have continuously used Royal Mail for several decades, however they are now owned by a different owner and standards have changed. We only feel its fair to warn customers of this to avoid dissapointment as we have no control over the standards of service that they supply.
I am not sure how we were unproffessional other than disagreeing with you, however you are entirely entitled to that opinion. All emails were replied to swiftly and politley and we did investigate your claims we just could not substantiate them. Despite it being past the claim date if our investigation had shown that there was a chance the grains had been missed we would have replaced them. I am sorry that this was disappointing for you.

We did reply stating that the claim date had passed, but we also fully investigated your claims and could find no evidence that the grains were not in the order. We record the packing process.
This information was passed on to you including where the grains had been packed.
I can only apologise that you were unhappy with the outcome of the investigation. We were not unproffessional, we were not rude and we did not gaslight you. We just disagreed that the grains had not been packed.
The warning from the summer (we were closed as i was very unwell and recieving treatement) was due to a cached google page. This is a common issue with google and had nothing to do with our website. Simply refreshing the page resolved the issue.
I am sorry that you were unhappy with your experience.
