24 hour delivery now at 144 hours and still not arrived - nothing to review

Ordered an item 23/12/20 so didn't expect prompt arrival. Dispatched 31/12/20 with Royal Mail 24 and tracking number provided. Tracking number does not work, and Happy Homewares agreed the tracking...

Hello, I'm truly sorry you have been unhappy with your experience with us. Our tracking numbers do work, however they don't offer detailed information about when the item will arrive. They are very useful if the delivery is missed, and allow us to see when items are delivered. A vast majority of our orders do arrive on time with this delivery service. Unfortunately it seems your order has been delayed in transit with our courier, and we have been made aware of localised delays due to COVID-19 which could explain this. I have contacted the courier for a response about your order, and should they not provide a conclusive response, I am more than happy to organise a replacement or refund for you to resolve this. Lampshades as described, colour perfect. Very well made.

Arrived very quickly, well packaged with no damage, good quality lampshades. Would say better for bedroom or back ground lighting, as bronze interior gives a warm glow rather than a strong light.
