Excellent quick delivery service. Very poor delayed refund service

Ordered goods online. Thought return and refund in store would be convenient and quick - didn’t realise the store return does not refund and this is then passed to happy homewares for processing...

We have to wait for your order to be sent back to us by the store for us to issue your refund. This can take some time depending on the store.
