Thank you so much for your feedback , we are delighted to hear that you have had such a positive experience with our team. Thank you for taking the time to let us know it is much appreciated.
They went the extra mile to meet certain requirements, and arrange contrators to deal with addressing these.
Te installation was done on time, with good post-installation training.

I have now been contacted by both Handicare and Age Uk and hope that my complaint goes a long way to avoiding others going through what we experienced. The stair lift is working well and is great in overcoming the problems that mum has been experiencing.

Just to let you know we had to contact Handicare as when my husband turned the seat it was making a great deal of noise. A representative came next day and rectified the problem by oiling. Very satisfied. Please note you address me as Mrs Thomson - the original query was made by my daughter, Mrs Thomson. I am Mrs Watson and my husband is the user of the stairlift and we purchased it!
