Good morning, thank you very much for getting in touch. We are disappointed to hear that you are unhappy with the quality of service you received. Unfortunately, we were not made aware that the delivery was going to an incorrect address until the order was delivered. To prevent this from occurring, we send out order confirmations which provide the opportunity to check that the delivery address entered is correct. Once the order was delivered, a member of our sales team offered to organise for DPD to collect the delivery from the address provided and redeliver it to your address. However, he also suggested that it may be easier to collect the package yourself since it was only 2/3 miles away. I believe this may have been where the confusion occurred. We are always looking to improve the quality of our customer service and I believe that with your help, we can. I would really appreciate it if you could let me know how you believe we should have dealt with this situation.
